About Magicflow
We're building a calmer, more honest relationship with focus — one that respects your attention instead of mining it.
Magicflow started with a frustration. The tools meant to make us productive had quietly become some of the biggest threats to our focus. Time trackers counted hours that meant nothing. Productivity apps gamified our exhaustion. Everything optimized for more — more output, more hours, more streaks — and none of it optimized for the thing that actually matters: spending your attention on purpose.
So we built the opposite.
What we believe
Attention is the resource. Not time, not hours, not tasks completed. The ability to hold a single thought long enough to do something good with it — that’s the scarce thing, and almost nothing is designed to protect it.
Honesty beats motivation. We don’t do streaks, guilt, or manufactured urgency. We show you where your focus actually went, accurately and without judgment, and we trust you to do something useful with the truth.
Rest is part of the work. A focus tool that drives you toward burnout has failed, no matter how good its charts look. We measure flow precisely so you can earn the right to stop — and then actually stop.
Who it’s for
Magicflow is built for people who do real thinking for a living: knowledge workers tired of feeling busy and unproductive at the same time, indie makers protecting their best hours, and the ADHD and focus community that’s been failed by advice written for brains that work differently.
If you’ve ever ended a long day with no idea where it went — and a quiet worry that you wasted it — Magicflow is for you.
The ethos, in one line
Intentionality, not hustle. Reclaim your attention.
